Sarah is a mom of two and longtime fitness professional. Sarah turned her passion into purpose after leaving her career in dental hygiene during COVID. Starting as a spin instructor, she discovered the power of community and smart training. Today, she’s dedicated to helping women build confidence and strength through sustainable, science-backed fitness and nutrition.

Jess is a Certified Personal Trainer, and mom to one (and soon to be two!). With a background in varsity soccer, group fitness, and years leading teams in start-up environments, she brings both athletic grit and organizational clarity to her coaching. She’s passionate about helping women feel capable, confident, and consistent in building habits that last.

Holistic Health Practitioner & Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Co-founder of BodySet.

Health and nutrition are deeply rooted in Andra’s passion as a holistic nutritionist and Barry’s Bootcamp instructor. She understands the power of movement but also the importance of slowing down and listening to your body. Her own shift from a fast-paced lifestyle, to a more mindful approach showed her how personalization and balance create lasting change. Now she helps women cut through the noise of wellness, discover what works for their body, and build sustainable habits for lifelong health.
