Sarah Kreisman
Certified Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Specialist, Co-founder of BodySet.
Sarah is a mom of two, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her journey began in fitness studios before transitioning into teaching spin classes and eventually coaching strong women every day through sustainable, science-backed programming.
Over the years, she has supported women through every stage of life, from teens gaining confidence in the gym for the first time, brides preparing for their wedding day, pre and postnatal mothers, and women navigating pre and postmenopause. Through BodySet, her mission is helping women build confidence, strength, and lasting habits that support both physical and mental well-being.
Andra Eksteins
Holistic Health Practitioner & Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Co-founder of BodySet.
Health and nutrition are deeply rooted in Andra’s passion as a holistic nutritionist and Barry's Bootcamp instructor. With years of expertise in nutrition and fitness, she understands that true wellness is about more than just exercise or healthy eating. It requires a personalized approach that supports the body as a whole, including proper nourishment, effective training, recovery, and stress regulation.
Through her own journey from a fast-paced, high-intensity lifestyle to a more balanced and intentional way of living, Andra experienced firsthand how transformative it can be to work with your body rather than against it. That experience shaped her philosophy and is a foundational part of BodySet. At BodySet, Andra helps women cut through the noise of the wellness industry, understand their unique needs, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health, strength, and confidence.
Jessica Graves
Certified Personal Trainer, Pre and Post-Natal Specialist, PN Level 1 Nutrition Certification and Co-founder of BodySet.
Jess is a Certified Personal Trainer, pre and post-natal specialist, nutrition coach and mom to one (soon to be two). With a background in varsity soccer, group fitness, and leadership roles in start-up environments, she combines athletic discipline with practical coaching that meets women where they’re at.
She’s passionate about helping women feel stronger, more energized, and confident in their bodies through every season of life. Whether navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or the demands of everyday life, Jess helps women build sustainable strength, healthy habits, and routines they can actually maintain.
